New Video

As mentioned, I made a new video. Enjoy.
Mostly just ganks and easy kills, as well as a few nice gang fights. But in the end it was all fun.

Escalations

"Typhoon on scan."
"Looks like high-sec gate."
"Yep, he's at zero."
(...)
"Warped. To Caldari Facility-complex. Adamus, get a point, I'm warping to gate."
"Point!"

When you see a lone Typhoon-battleship flying around lowsec, it means one of two things. It's either going to be fail fit killboard trolling. Or things escalate really quickly.
The later one happened this time.

AdamusMaximus is flying a Stabber-Cruiser Fleet Issue. A very diverse ship, quick, agile, and good at keeping other ships locked down. As soon as the 'point'  was called out, I jumped through in a Talos-Battlecruiser, while Karashur joined in an Enyo-Assault Frigate.

I was aware of the presence of another Alliance in local, holding on a close-by POS. It was a gamble whether or not they would interfere with our vigorous little flight. Naturally, I wouldn't be writing this blog about it if they didn't.

When I landed, 3 Cynabal-Angel Cartel Cruisers were on grid as well. Extremely fast Cruisers, with the ability to kick out some decent damage. Though the 'Phoon was still tackled, we had to switch priority. I managed to bait one of the Cynabals away from the fight, where he came face to face with my Neutron Blaster Cannons. Shortly after he died, the other 2 Cynabals left the field too. But meanwhile, we still had a tackled Battleship to kill.

Just before the Typhoon dies, my scanner starts picking up more Battlecruisers. Surely, this fight was not over yet. A Cyclone and Drake exit warp, followed by a Hurricane. Even though we had a friendly Thrasher-Destroyer joining in, it seemed as if they started to out-gun us. All 3 Battlecruisers were now fully engaged, and we took an Assault Frigate loss for it.
Alarms go ringing, as I hit the 60% armour mark. An unwelcome note, as my Talos is shield fitted. The Cyclone goes down when I managed to warp to safety, knowing at least 2 hostile Battlecruisers were still on the field. I returned, finished off the remaining 2 Battlecruisers, as well as another Thrasher.

Hostiles were regrouping, and 2 more Drakes load the field, together with another Cynabal. With all our ships badly damaged, guns and modules burned out, we decide to take leave. Knowing we sank 6 vessels, together worth more than 600M ISK, at the loss of a single Assault Frigate, I think that is a fight well fought.

All this got Fraps'd, and will be edited into a video I'm currently making.

Just another day at the office

Nennamaila has been good to me the last couple of days.

But you can't have fun all the time. Or can you..? I was spinning ships at my hanger, while going through my daily shemale pr0n material, when Kubiq noted a Cyclone-Battlecruiser in his Major Complex in Enaluri, next door.

TO BATTLESTATIONS !!!

When I got there, another WT Navy Slicer-Faction Frigate just joined in the fun as well. A worthy 2v2! Right? Well, we disposed of the Cyclone quickly, as the Navy Slicer ran away (he later came back to face his doom regardless). At this time a Ferox-Battlecruiser and a Condor-Frigate enter the grid.
D-Scan hinted that our little 2 v 2 was escalating nicely, as things started popping up. Exactly what we wanted!

As we were flying a Talos and a Curse, our primary defense was range and speed. The concept of this kind of plexing PvP is to burn out of warp-in range, spread the enemies out, and pick them off one by one, while their buddies can do nothing but watch from a fair far distance.

Needless to say the Ferox and Condor were no match for us. At this time local spiked up to 25 capsuleers. The blob consided out of everything going from Frigate to Battlecruiser, including a Legion-Tech 3 Strategic Cruiser. But by the time they arrived we killed another Stabber and the previous Navy Slicer.

Finally, overview started filling up and shit is going down. 20 angry red-boxing pilots burning to us. Even though I can easily out run any turret-based Ship, missile kept hitting me from far, and the fact Target-Painters were lighting up my Signature Radius didn't help either. Time to warp out.

Kubiq and his trusty Curse-Recon Ship got over 250km from the warp-in sitting rather comfortable, picking off a nano based Osprey Navy Issue-Faction Cruiser, while keeping the blob at range.

I got information the warp-in was clear, I so returned back to the Complex, only to find a lone Harbinger-Battlecruiser sitting 10km from me, while the rest of the blob is still  burning towards Kubiq, hence way out of range to defend the Harbinger. Yet another kill for me!

Their FC, either died or lost hope, decided to drop the fleet out of the plex, leaving us to loot 7 wrecks.
Todays lesson: Proper piloting beats blobs. 25 v 2, and all they got is insurance payouts :-)

The rest of the day I spend killing other random stuff, including 2 solo kills on a Hurricane and  Stabber Fleet Issue. Was good fun.

Fly safe,
Judas
